60 Savage update.
Days 47-60
Things can change in the blink of an eye can’t they, that’s why it’s always important to be kind to others, not be a petty Patricia or Pete (they rhymed!) and all that jazz because you never know do you and most of all, never take your health for granted, as it is the most important thing we have.
If you are reading this and haven’t realised that yet, then this post is for you, no I’m not being smug, on my high horse or superior but ultimately it is.
A couple of months ago I embarked on my 60 Savage journey, as although I hadn’t forgotten this, I had let myself go in a way, my diet, movement and I wanted to reign it in, although the title sounds WAY more extreme than it actually was.
If you need a quick re cap of what the 60 Savage was, you can read about it here.
60 SAVAGE COMPLETE
✅ Movement - Two sessions of movement and it can be whatever you like.
(must be over 45minutes each session)
✅ Eat - From scratch at all meal times, where possible (and good snacks when not)
✅ Drink - 2 litres of water and more if possible
✅ Dance - One tune a day and dance, more if you have the time
✅ Learn - 20 minutes of Spanish a day (you can do whatever you like)
✅ Explore somewhere new each week (it could be a new place, space or City!)
Before I started this 60 day mini journey I felt bloated, fluffy and out of condition, overall I did not feel the best.
The last few weeks there has been a lot going on and I have found it a lot trickier to keep myself on track but I have tried my best to keep going and more or less, I have managed to.
HOW DO I FEEL NOW?
• Less Fluffy
• Stronger
• More capable
• Fitter
• My body feel more in sync
• Able to cook much better meals

I’ve been cooking from scratch a lot, been to a lot of fitness classes, took myself outside a lot more (cycling, jogging and walking) and rediscovered my hula hoop.
WHAT NEXT?
The 60 day reset has just been the beginning the kick start to feeling brighter, more focused and capable. It is something I will continue and keep going with my delicious meals, walking through winter and continuing my fitness classes.
I’d like to continue my farmers walks and become functionally fitter.
I’ll be continuing for the next 60 days.
How are you feeling right now?
What are you doing to keep yourself moving?
